For account or billing issues, please email from the address on your weekkii account and include your Dodo Payments order/transaction ID where applicable. For bug reports, the platform you're on (web/iOS/Android), browser/OS version, and steps to reproduce help a lot.
Security disclosures
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please email weekkii@festivlabs.com directly rather than filing a public issue. We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days. Please do not perform testing that could affect other users' data.
