Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments for weekkii Pro and Lifetime are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Free tier

The Free tier has no card and no expiry. Free accounts get up to 50 active tasks, the full weekly view, and the same end-to-end encryption as paid plans.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period (the rest of the month for monthly plans, or the rest of the year for annual plans).

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are unhappy with weekkii, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge for any plan, including Lifetime. Email us from the address on your account; we process the refund through Dodo Payments within 5–10 business days. Refunds typically appear on the original payment method within one billing cycle, depending on your bank.

4. Annual Pro after the 14-day window

After the 14-day window we generally do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of an annual Pro plan, except where required by your local consumer-protection law. We cancel auto-renewal so you are not charged again. We review hardship cases individually — write to us.

5. Monthly Pro after the 14-day window

Monthly charges are non-refundable after the 14-day window. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

6. Lifetime plan

Lifetime is a one-time purchase that grants access to weekkii's paid features for the lifetime of the product, with no recurring billing. The 14-day money-back guarantee in section 3 applies to lifetime purchases as well. After the 14-day window, lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except where required by your local consumer-protection law; we review hardship cases individually. Because lifetime has no auto-renewal, there is no cancellation step — you simply keep access.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period during which you keep access while Dodo Payments retries the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription is canceled and your account drops back to the Free tier — you can still read every task and resubscribe at any time. Your encrypted tasks remain intact.

8. Refund exclusions

We can't refund charges that were not made by us (for example, charges by the Apple App Store or Google Play if you subscribed through a mobile app store — those follow the store's own refund process), or charges older than the period required by Dodo Payments for chargeback handling.

9. How to request a refund

Email hello@weekkii.com from the address on your weekkii account with the subject line "Refund request" and include your Dodo Payments order/transaction ID (from the receipt email). We respond within 2 business days.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us first if you believe a charge is incorrect — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account pending review.

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for weekkii subscriptions and is responsible for collecting payment, calculating tax, and issuing refunds on our behalf.
